The call reaches a person, not a screen.
When a guest taps for water, the waiters assigned to that area get a push, a sound and a vibration with the table number and how long it has been waiting. If nobody answers, it keeps aging in the queue where a manager can see it.

- Do I need to buy phones for my staff?
- No. It installs on the phone they already have, iPhone or Android, and signs in with their own staff account. A shared house phone works too.
- Can I stop a waiter from seeing the whole restaurant?
- Yes. Assign waiters to areas and each sees their own section first. What they can do — comp, refund, close a table — follows the role you gave them, not the app.
- What if the phone loses signal for a minute?
- The app keeps showing the last state it had and reconnects on its own. Orders are sent with a key that prevents a retry from duplicating anything in the kitchen.
