The loyalty club

Points that mean something, rewards worth coming back for, and a customer list that belongs to you — so the person who ordered once has a reason to order again on Thursday.

Sahtein · The loyalty club

720points

2 orders to your next reward

★9 customers went quiet for a month — send a comeback coupon.
★Tuesdays run slow — a lunch campaign could help.
01
It joins at checkout
No separate sign-up. A customer becomes a member while paying for dinner.
02
The list is yours
Phone numbers, order history and consent — exportable, and never rented back to you.
03
It works everywhere
Points earn on delivery, pickup, kiosk and table orders alike.

A club a customer actually uses.

01

Points on every order

Earn rates you set, shown to the customer as they order so the number feels real.

02

Rewards worth having

A free dish, a fixed discount, or a percentage — redeemed in the cart in one tap, no code to remember.

03

Tiers that mean something

Regulars earn faster and unlock better rewards, which is what makes the fifth visit feel different from the first.

04

Birthdays and milestones

An automatic treat on the right day is the cheapest reason anyone ever had to book a table.

05

A customer list you own

Search it, segment it, export it. Who orders weekly, who has gone quiet, who spends the most.

06

A game they come back for

A spin-to-win built into the club turns a quiet Tuesday into a reason to open your app.

How a one-time customer becomes a regular.

  1. 1

    They order

A normal first order, from the site, the app or a table.

  2. 2

    They join

One tap at checkout enrols them and the points from this order land immediately.

  3. 3

    They earn

Every order after that adds up, visibly, toward something they picked.

  4. 4

    They come back

The reward, the birthday message or the campaign gives them the reason — and the club knows it worked.

01 · The loyalty club

Rented customers are not customers.

Order through an aggregator and the customer belongs to the aggregator: you cannot phone them, message them or give them a reason to skip the app next time. The club exists so the relationship is yours.

02 · The loyalty club

Loyalty and campaigns are the same system.

Because the club knows who has gone quiet, a campaign can speak to exactly those people — instead of a blast to everyone who ever bought a coffee.

The questions people ask before signing up.

Do customers need to download an app to join?
No. They join at checkout on your website with a phone number, and the points are there next time they order. If you have the app, it shows the same balance.
Can I run the club in only one branch?
The club is shared across your business by default, which is usually what a customer expects. Rewards and campaigns can still be limited to a branch.
What happens to points if I change the programme?
Existing balances stay as they are. Changing an earn rate or a reward affects what happens next, never what a customer has already collected.
